Returns



  • If I am not satisfied with my purchase, will T-U-A accept returns?

    TheUrbanApparel.com is dedicated to providing the best service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund per our conditions below:

    - We accept returns of all items (With exception to Jewelry & Sale Items) within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods. Our collection is very exclusive and we do not stock many pieces of the one item. Therefore you should select your items carefully

    - All goods are at customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend customers to use a reliable postal service that insures for the value of the goods to be returned. Return costs are at customer's responsibility. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

    - Due to the administrative costs incurred in processing the returns, we are able to authorize only 80% refund on the items returned (excluding original delivery charge).

     

  • How do I return my order?

     

    If you are not totally happy with your purchase and wish to return your unworn TheUrbanApparel.com merchandise, you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns will be accepted without an RA number on the return box.

    REQUEST AN RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION)

    You can request an RA by filling in the return form.

    You will receive a reply with your RA number within 3 business days. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 7 days. Items must be shipped out within 7 days in order to be accepted; otherwise the package will be refused and sent back to shipper.

     

  • How does T-U-A handle returns?

    Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

    Once we accept the returns, we will process the refund within 3 days (processing time by payment gateways not included) to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

     

  • Will I get any special offer if I do not want the refund in the form of cash?

    If you do not wish for a cash refund to your credit/debit card, you can choose to take a Gift Voucher and get 10% discount for your next purchase. Once we accept the returns, we will send you an email containing your Gift Voucher and 10% discount coupon.

     

  • The answer here is not answering my question! Where can I find the answers I need?
